I care about the work that happens after the prototype.

At NCS Group, I build the parts of enterprise AI that need to survive real use: retrieval pipelines, LLM tooling, context management, workflow automation, and backend services that hold up under latency, access-control, and reliability pressure.

My current focus is production RAG and LLM orchestration. Before that I wrote C# microservices at Accenture and real-time simulation code at university, which is where the habit of caring about performance comes from. I'm also pursuing an MSc in Analytics at Georgia Tech alongside full-time engineering work.

An enterprise conversational AI platform for internal knowledge retrieval, long-context conversations, and reporting workflows. This is the clearest expression of my current AI engineering work: taking an LLM experience from prototype into production constraints.

  • Built the retrieval pipeline on Milvus, indexing and embedding over 100,000 documents.
  • Designed a context management service on an agentic framework to stop context drift in long multi-turn conversations.
  • Automated workflows and reporting across 26+ SharePoint sites.
  • Took MVPs from research prototype to enterprise-ready release.

Data platform work for Singapore's healthcare IT agency — onboarding institutions securely, then keeping the reporting layer usable for the people who depend on it daily.

  • Led secure database onboarding for 8 institutions with least-privilege access throughout.
  • Traced slow SSRS reports to parameter sniffing and rewrote them — 10+ minutes down to under 30 seconds.
  • Ran L2/L3 support across 46 healthcare institutions, with root cause analysis on every escalation.

A hospital management system in C#, EF Core and MSSQL, built on clean architecture so ward and bed configuration can change without touching the domain layer. Aimed at cutting administrative time by a quarter.
